Regina Gakpo, from Eastern Ghana, is a community health nurse on a mission. That is: to ensure that there is a Covid-19 vaccine shot in every arm. According to WHO, Covid-19 vaccines are still the most powerful weapons against the emergence of new variants, severe hospitalizations and death. In a rural environment, where vaccine hesitancy and vaccine refusal is a major concern, this nurse goes the extra mile to take the vaccines door to door. The Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's Dorcas Wangira reports.
