Cyclist Mick Bennett's 'My Commonwealth Memory' charts his journey from growing up in Sparkbrook, competing at Salford Park underneath Birmingham's Spaghetti Junction to being selected for Great Britain at the 1972 Olympics and winning a gold medal at the 1974 Commonwealth Games in Christchurch.
