"I feel very lucky, especially as a Northerner coming down here" - we take a trip out with Truro's Countryside Rangers
Deer, kingfishers and even watervoles - they're just some of the things you could see if you head out into Truro's meadows and woodlands this spring.
They're looked after by a team of Countryside Rangers from Truro City Council, who have spent years working to create and restore wildlife-friendly habitats in the area.
Our weekend presenter Jack Murley has been finding out more.
