The Forest of Dean MP, Mark Harper, has told Boris Johnson that he should no longer be the Prime Minister.
In a statement to MPs yesterday about "Partygate", Mr Johnson repeatedly apologised for breaking the law - but he denied deliberately misleading the House
Mark Harper told ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Gloucestershire's Steve Kitchen about why he has decided to submit a latter of no confidence letter in Boris Johnson and why he feels it's time for the prime minister to go.
