Episode 2
Stu searches for two dogs locked in a van at the height of summer. Phil attempts to arrest a potentially dangerous man, and Lisa tries to make sense of a tense situation.
The rookies get to grips with their new lives at their stations. Dyfed Powys is the largest police force area in England and Wales, covering over 4000 square miles, so there’s a lot to get used to.
Glaswegian ex-soldier Stu and his tutor, Potts, initially struggle to communicate with each other, before searching for two dogs reportedly locked in a van on a hot summer’s day at Broadhaven beach.
It’s Phil’s first day at work, but he doesn’t have any time to get comfortable - he soon faces a dangerous stand-off and looks to make his first ever arrest. Former charity worker Lisa draws on experience from her previous job to try and make sense of a tense situation.
