There are calls for the government's Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔs for Ukrainians scheme to be made more straightforward.
The website allowing Ukrainians to register went live on Friday but immediately ran into problems.
It's not in Ukrainian, convoluted if you don't have a recent biometric passport and requires the provision of a utility bill to prove you were resident in Ukraine in January 2022.
UK residents who have signed up have been left to find their own families to match up with.
