Anna is in an underground shelter with her family and seven-year-old daughter. She says there are other children there, some of whom are suffering from the cold, and even newborns, and the situation is "tough and stressful". She goes on to say that Russian soldiers are walking around the streets, and have occupied different sites with vehicles and tanks.
