How can we learn to live with losing the one we love?
How do we overcome the feelings of guilt and grief that can arise when a loved one dies? Buddhist Nun, Sister Dang Nghiem shares what she has learnt through living with the loss of her partner with Jorge from Mexico, whose partner took her own life three years ago. She encourages him to befriend himself so that he can live more deeply. In that way, she suggests, he may discover that his partner is "in many things...in the people she loved...in a flower, in a sunset" and that this can help him heal the difficult feelings he is experiencing.
