Ukraine conflict: Poole man's mother-in-law 'stuck' in southern Ukraine
More than half a million civilians - mostly women and children - have fled Ukraine, according to the United Nations.
But many are still there - by choice or by force.
A Poole man has been telling us about the situation his mother-in-law faces in southern Ukraine.
Paul Meakin says she's trapped with her village now occupied by Russian forces - and spoke to Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Solent's Dorset breakfast show presenter Steve Harris.
