Gender critical philosopher Kathleen Stock says she fully backs the right not to be discriminated against.

鈥淵ou shouldn't ever be discriminated against because you're trans at work, at home, in the street. That's all fine. None of that depends on saying trans women are literally women or trans men are literally men," Kathleen Stock told the 麻豆约拍 Hardtalk programme's Stephen Sackur.

鈥淭hose two things have been pushed together by trans activism, but they can be detached,鈥� she said.

Ms Stock has been accused by some of transphobia for her views on gender identity, a claim that she denies.
