Baby Loss
Deborah McLaughlin was 38 weeks pregnant telling staff her waters had broken.
Following an examination she was told there was no evidence her waters had broken - she was then sent home and advised to monitor any fluid loss. Tragically her baby girl was delivered stillborn three days later.
