The first ever rechargeable battery that powers a whole show and a floor that turns fans’ dancing into energy are some of the ideas to make the band's world tour sustainable.
Two years ago, Chris Martin took the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's Entertainment Correspondent, Colin Paterson, by surprise - saying the band wouldn't tour again unless they could do so in an environmentally friendly way. Coldpay has now unveiled a 12-point plan setting out how they'll make their new world tour sustainable. It includes the first ever rechargeable battery which can power a whole show and a special floor that turns their fans’ dancing into energy.
