A new study suggests a rugby players' cognitive function can decline after just one season. Wales legend, Shane Williams, opens up about the past injuries that worry him now.

Shane Williams, former Wales and Lions rugby international, says he often asks himself the same question: "Has my memory deteriorated because of my age? Or is it because I’ve taken hits over the years?"
