Bobby's: Bournemouth department store return delayed by five weeks
The return of one of Bournemouth's most famous retailers has been delayed by five weeks.
Bobby's occupied the town's former Debenhams store from 1915 until the early 1970s.
But developer Verve Properties, which is behind the project, says building delays mean the first phase won't be complete until September. The store's art gallery and ice cream parlour are due to open before then.
Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Solent's reporter Charlotte Foot has been given an exclusive look behind the scenes at some of the store's original features, which the builders have uncovered.
