Day 5: Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ One - 00:00 - 15:00

GB's men's four look for a sixth consecutive gold in the rowing while GB go for gold in the rugby 7's and Charlotte Dujardin looks to become a history maker.

GB's men's four team have won gold at every Olympics since Sydney 2000, and they're looking to make it a sixth consecutive gold when they go in the today's final. Oliver Cook, Matthew Rossiter, Rory Gibbs and Sholto Carnegie were looking to be the latest in a series of British greats to emerge from this discipline. Tom Dean, James Guy, and Matthew Richards as Duncan Scott were looking for Britain's third gold in the pool as they took on a competitive field in the 4x200m freestyle relay. Big rivals Australia and Russia are looking good going into the final and the Brits will need to swim a clean race to have a shot at a medal. Fiji won their first ever medal in Rio when they picked up a gold in the rugby 7s. The 'Flying Fijians' have become favorites of onlookers and go for gold today, where they'll face either New Zealand or Great Britain in the final should they overcome Argentina in their semi-final. Britain's Jack Laugher and Dan Goodfellow dive for gold in the men's 3m synchro on day four in Tokyo. Laugher defends the title he won with Chris Mears in Rio, and he and Goodfellow took silver at the last World Championships, so will be hoping to go one better in Japan. Geraint Thomas and Tao Geoghegan Hart ride for GB in the men's time trial, while Wout van Aert and world champion Filippo Ganna will be among the favourites. Joe Fraser and James Hall compete in the men's all-around gymnastics final where Daiki Hashimoto is the home country athlete going for gold.
