Why is there a shortage of female lorry drivers?
As restrictions start to ease and we look forward to our lives returning to normal, there's a lot of planning going on as to how we get the country moving again. But that's proving difficult due to a chronic shortage of lorry drivers.
A combination of the pandemic and Brexit have left hauliers with serious gaps in their staff and finding new recruits is proving tricky. Now, more women are being encouraged to get behind the wheel. India Grant reports from Aberdeen.
