Delays in autism assessments over pandemic
In Fife, autism assessments for children have been cancelled since last year. By this April, more than one thousand children were waiting to be seen by a health professional in the council area.
That's despite guidance from the Scottish government which says referrals should still be processed online. The National Autistic Society Scotland says it's a 'violation of human rights'. The Nine's Carole Erskine reports.
