Sail to Wellbeing
Sail Training allows people to take part in adventurous sailing voyages, where they can learn about themselves, discover hidden strengths and talents, and understand the value of working as a team.
It's widely recognised as an effective means to engage with young people that has long lasting, positive outcomes.
There are around 30 organisations around the UK that offer trips, like Ellen McArthur Cancer Trust, Ocean Youth Trust and the Tall Ships Youth Trust.
They all come under the umbrella of Gosport based ASTO - the Association of Sail Training Organisations, as Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Solent's Neil Sackley discovered for the H2O podcast.
