The Arctic Council, which has eight member countries including Russia and the US, and sets priorities in areas including environmental protection, is meeting in Reykjavik. The US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, said members were committed to peaceful co-operation on climate issues as we hear from the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's environment correspondent, Matt McGrath.
