Former gang member now helping 'people like his gran' from being 'ripped off'
Luke Chapman was involved in gangs when he was a teenager.
But now, having turned his life around, he wants to help other younger people to do the same.
And, after realising his gran was paying too much on her utility bills, having not switched provider, he's set up a company to help people like her.
He's spoken to Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ South Today's Sophia Seth, and Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Solent's Steve Harris.
