Fortnite goes into battle over App Store charges
The Epic v. Apple lawsuit begins today, finally giving the Fortniteβ€―publisher Epic Games its day in court. Apple and Epic Games have been in a legal battle since last year over a 30 percent levy Apple collects on purchases made through its App Store.
Russ Frushtick, Co-founder of the gaming website Polygon, says Epic is portraying itself as the David against the Apple Goliath - and that the odds ARE stacked against them.
