Zero Waste Pesto
Ever wandered what you can make from all those wee odds and ends in the fridge?
For odds and ends pesto, all you have to do is save up the scraps in your fridge. Laura uses the stalk of a broccoli, some asparagus ends, a bunch of cauliflower leaves, half an avocado, and some green bean ends. She then adds some pine nuts, garlic, and olive oil.
All you have to do is add your ingredients to a blender, blitz up, and hey presto you’ve got pesto!
