Bournemouth University alumni wins third Oscar for visual effects
Five former Bournemouth University students were recognised at the 93rd Academy Awards.
Four of the nominations were in the visual effects category (Andrew Lockley, Matthew Kasmir, Anders Langlands and Ben Jones) and one (Joshua James Richards) was nominated for cinematography.
Andrew Lockley, who has already received two Oscars for his work on Interstellar and Inception, won the category for his part in the Christopher Nolan film, Tenet.
