Olly Murs shot to fame after he came second on reality TV singing competition The X Factor back in 2009. He's since sold over 16 million records worldwide as well as becoming a regular fixture on television screens as a presenter. You may know him from his chart-topping pop hit Dance With Me Tonight or his role a judge on ITV’s The Voice UK.

In their conversation, Olly opens up to Joe about the challenges of life in the public eye, how he stays on top of his anxiety, and how his relationship is not only bringing him a new level of happiness but a new level of fitness too.
