Fitness coach Joe Wicks talks to inspirational people about the one thing that makes them feel mentally and physically strong. He asks Olympic hero Sir Mo Farah about his secrets to health and happiness.
Joe speaks to the UK's most-decorated Olympic track athlete, Sir Mo Farah. Mo won the 'double double' of gold medals in both the 5,000 and 10,000 metres at the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Olympic Games. As a teenager growing up in London, Mo says running saved him from taking a less positive route in his life.
Mo dials into the podcast from his US high altitude training camp where he is preparing to defend his 10,000 metre crown at the delayed Tokyo Olympics. Joe hears how Mo maintains focus on the starting lines of the biggest races on the planet and how his family have helped him through the ups and downs of professional sport. And he learns that Mo's obsession with following football helps him switch off from the pressures of training.
Joe’s hit Radio 4 podcast is available to watch on Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ iPlayer for the first time.
