New graphic novel reveals the history of the Black Panther Party
George Floyd’s death galvanized Black Lives Matter protests around the world last summer. Now authors of a new graphic novel about the Black Panther Party, one of the most influential political organizations of the 1960's, suggest there are lessons from the past which apply to the present.Β Author David Walker and illustrator Marcus Kwame Anderson spoke to the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ about their book and its parallels.
