'There is no screening service for this - it doesn't have to be a death sentence'

Natalie Cairns, who had her first diagnosis of ovarian cancer when she was just 28 - and pregnant - got help with dealing with it from a charity in England.

Most of the 165 women diagnosed each year in Northern Ireland are older, but she's keen to help all women understand the warning signs - as there is no screening programme.
