John Kerry on the US fight against climate change
One of the first decisive moves Joe Biden made as US president was to rejoin the Paris Climate Deal.
The second was to create a post of special presidential envoy that signalled how seriously the USA was taking climate change - and he appointed former secretary of state John Kerry.
Mr Kerry praised the UK for its "ambitious" target for cutting emissions, but said the United Kingdom - along with other major nations - must deliver on their proposed cuts.
The former US secretary of state has been meeting Prime Minister Boris Johnson and other senior UK figures to plan two upcoming international climate summits.
