Thousands fleeing violence again in Yemen

An offensive by Yemen’s Houthi rebels to take the central city of Marib has now displaced thousands of already displaced people, according to aid agencies on the ground, and it threatens to displace tens of thousands more. Marib is the last stronghold of the internationally recognised government, with the region having been a refuge for hundreds of thousands of people fleeing violence during Yemen’s six-year-old civil war. Now though a Houthi rebel push on the city's western flanks is forcing a human exodus and exacerbating international attempts to end the civil war, as we hear from Sultana Begum who is with the Norwegian Refugee Council in Yemen.
