January is usually a time when people would be heading to the gym and wanting to get back to the health and fitness routine after Christmas.
But with another lockdown in place in England, Wales, Northern Ireland and most of Scotland, kickstarting the new healthy lifestyle this month will be difficult for many people.
So how can we manage our food and feelings at the moment?
