Africa's digital economy at risk from tax

More countries in Africa are taxing access to the internet, or social media bloggers, but are they undermining economic growth? Josephine Miliza, Africa Regional Coordinator of the Association for Progressive Communication, tells the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's Russell Padmore that some governments want to stifle criticism of their policies, by making it more expensive to go online.
