Black History Month: Hospital Chief Exec says it was 'difficult' to accept OBE
Patricia Miller is the boss of Dorset County Hospital. Her family came to the UK from Barbados in the 1960s.
Last year she received an OBE. But she tells Sam Fraser she thought twice about accepting the award because of its links to Empire.
