Coronavirus: Will children be back to school by September?
Some pupils in England have started to return to the classroom, as the coronavirus lockdown is eased. But when will schools fully reopen and how do teachers feel about the way that the government has handled education during the pandemic?
Prime Minister Boris Johndon has said that every child will be back at school in England by September 2020.
But can the government’s strategy really win the trust of schools, pupils and parents? And how far does it go to help children in deprived areas catch up?
