This year promised to be a great year for Airbnb. The online booking platform was trying to become more than just a place to rent out your home. But with the travel market now in tatters, Airbnb has cut a quarter of its staff and is scaling back expansion plans. So are many of the platform's hosts, as Szu Ping Chan reports.
