The round-the-world bike ride halted by coronavirus
After setting off from Geneva, Switzerland in April last year, he travelled 14,500 miles through 20 different countries before pausing his adventure in Arizona, USA, almost a year later. When the pandemic has passed, he hopes to finish the final 3,500 mile leg of his journey, which is in aid of the refugee agency UNHCR. Despite coronavirus putting his global bike ride on hold, Theo Foster thinks now is the perfect time for the world to embrace cycling.
