There is huge pressure on health workers looking after people suffering from Covid-19, particularly those in intensive care units. Carmen Garcia Talles is an ICU nurse in Madrid. She deals with critically ill patients, and after losing one of her patients, she came up with an initiative aiming at bringing together patients and their loved ones using social media messaging and a hash tag that translates as "I hold their hand for you". She also describes the emotional toll her work is taking on her.
