So far, it's been up to countries to formulate their own plans for how best to deal with the coronavirus, but with one of the lowest records of reported cases (around 100 so far), it seems Taiwan's strategy has been one of the most successful.

This has included a fast response, screening airline passengers, tracking people's travel history, stockpiling medical supplies and paying people to be in quarantine. Jason Wang, Director for the Center of Policy, Outcomes and Prevention at Stamford University, describes the measures and what they learnt from the Sars epidemic.
