‘Hustling’ my way to success
When Ernestina Okwuchukwu’s husband died, she was left to raise her newborn son alone. Her determination to feed her family led her to start a business. Calling herself Madame Burgess, she became the top car tyre saleswoman in a busy Lagos market. Outlook’s Abdulmalik Fahd spoke to her outside her shop.
