Jamaica leads the way for smaller 'tourism nations'

Holidaymakers to the golden beaches of the Caribbean bring in huge amounts of money. But global warming is causing coral bleaching and droughts, which have affected the tourism industry.

So the government of Jamaica is calling on wealthy nations around the world to set up what it calls a Global Resilience Fund aimed at providing relief to tourism-dependent communities.

The Jamaican Tourism Minister, Edmund Bartlett, explained the challenges his country faces.
