He mentored singer and dancer Perla Batalla for almost three decades - after which she went on to become a Grammy nominated performing artist and now sings at concerts around the world. Perla speaks to us about the insight his mentoring gave to her, and what it said about his rich and creative life. The Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's Richard Collings reports.
