"...I don't think I'm happier doing anything else..." - the volunteers keeping Porthtowan's Eco Park looking good
Cornwall is full of brilliant gardens and outdoor spaces - and at the heart of many of them, you'll find a group of dedicated volunteers who help keep it all going.
Down in Porthtowan, people have been meeting on Fridays at the town's Eco Park to muck in with everything from planting seeds to willow-weaving.
They've just had their last one for the year - as our weekend presenter Jack Murley found out when he went along for Sunday Morning Live.
