Cabin manager Stephen spent 20 years working for Thomas Cook before its collapse. Out of the job overnight, we follow him as he picks up the pieces and tries to find his way back into the workplace.

With the exception of when his father died 20 years ago, Stephen describes the experience as the worst week he鈥檚 ever had.
