'We all have become victims of the past'
Rev David McIlveen said on Sunday Sequence last week that victims of 'The Troubles' should get the help they need, even if they were the perpetrator of a crime. It caused a wide range of reactions including one from Beryl Quigley whose husband was killed by the IRA in 1984.
