Nihal Arthanayake is used to interviewing comedians for his show on Radio 5 Live, but for the first time ever he has attempted stand-up comedy himself.

As part of this year's fringe, Nihal was given a 10 minute slot at the Monkey Barrel Comedy Club in Edinburgh.

But was he good enough to make the audience laugh?
