The UN has said humans need to reform food production methods to combat climate change. Evan Fraser is director of the Arrell Food Institute at the University of Guelph, and discusses how to avoid poor harvests. Tom Bradshaw of Britain's National Farmers Union explains how farmers are coping with an unpredictable climate.
