Global Relationships
The various multi-national institutions created in the post-WW2 era reflect heavily on the desire to achieve peace on all sides among the international community at the time. But how have those bodies fared over the decades? In the wake of the commemorations marking the 75th anniversary of D-Day, Gordon Brewer discusses how those relationships were formed and where they are now with Dr Jenny Mathers, a specialist in International Politics at Aberystwyth University, Dr Luc-Andre Brunet from the Open University, who is an expert in 20th Century Europe and Phillips O'Brien, Professor of Strategic Studies at St Andrews University.
