Nihal Arthanayake speaks to Mikey Kay, the security correspondent for Good Morning Britain, whose older brother Spencer was born with severe autism.

Mikey has spent four years making a documentary: My Austic Big Brother and Me, about how Spencer found peace in the mountains of North Wales.

He talks to Nihal about the impact on the immediate family, and hears the stories of callers who also care for adults with autism.
