Why French Camembert producers are causing a stink
There's a whiff of trouble ahead in France over the way the Camembert cheese is labelled.
Angry producers are preparing to post the cheese into every French MPs letterbox - to denounce what they say is a threat to the country's cultural heritage.
The operation is a protest against plans to allow factory-made Camembert to use the European label - Protected Designation of Origin (PDO). This is usually reserved for foods produced in the traditional way in the region where they were developed.
At present, only unpasteurised Camembert made with raw milk can use the label.
Veronique Richez-Lerouge, president of the Association of Terroir Cheese told us why she's cheesed off.
