Update: North Korean Foreign Minister Contradicts President Trump

North Korea's foreign minister has contradicted President Trump's statement on sanctions

North Korea's foreign minister says Pyongyang's position will not change even if the US seeks further talks. Ri Yong Ho was speaking after a summit in Vietnam between US President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un ended without agreement. Mr Trump said the US had refused demands for all sanctions to be lifted. But Mr Ri insisted the North had only asked for partial sanctions relief. Jenny Town is Managing Editor of 38 North, a web journal that provides technical and policy analysis on North Korea. She gives her view on the fallout from the Hanoi summit.

Also in the show, Israel's attorney general intends to indict Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on corruption charges. Mr Netanyahu faces possible charges of bribery, fraud and breach of trust in connection with three cases, charges he denies. Yonah Jeremy Bob is covering the corruption allegations for the Jerusalem Post, and gives his view on what will happen.

And we'll also have a regular look at the US markets with Cary Leahey of Decision Economics in New York.
