Guests join James Woodward to discuss whether society is broken, and what it means to live a good life in 2019. We're so often told society's moral compass has broken, that we're heading in the wrong direction, that the values we once held have been lost to history. So what does living a 'good' life mean these days, and is it really any better or worse than times gone by?

Principle of Sarum College James Woodard hosts a panel in front of an audience in Salisbury Catehdral asking what it means, meant, and will mean to live a good life. To discuss the issues, James is joined by comedian and classicist Natalie Haynes, the Muslim Council of Britain's head Harun Khan, researcher of happiness Leo Johnson and the Bishop of Salisbury, Nicholas Holtam.
